Cuvée tradition

This cuvée tradition expresses the typicity of the terroir and is in harmony with black fruits or kirsch. This wine with good aging capacity has aspects of a Bourgogne


The ageing: Worth keeping 3 to 4 years old.


Pair to wine and food: Can be served at 16-17°C temperature with game, meals with mushrooms, chocolate dessert.

Cuvée matured in oak cask

This cuvée  matured in oak  cask is a blending of cuvée tradition with cuvée matured in oak cask during 9 months which reveals oaky notes and enticing liquorice and spices fragrances.


The ageing: Worth keeping 5 to 7 years old.


Pair to wine and food: Can be served at 17°C temperature with game, sauced meat, chocolate dessert.
