Gobelet pruning; Summer prunning; Control of load of grapes per vinestock.
Hand picking. Selective picking.
Semi-carbonic maceration. Control of temperatures during skin contact and after press up to end of Alcoholic fermentation.
Pressing at faint pressure (2 bars maximum).
Skin contact prolonged during 7 to 8 days.
Worth keeping 3 to 4 years old.
Can be served at 16-17°C temperature with read meat, sauced meat, grilled meat, poultry, cheeses.

Wine iss a red colour and garnet reflection, black fruits, violet and spices aromas. Full-body mouth.
