Worth keeping 3 to 4 years old.

 

Can be served at 16-17°C temperature with read meat, sauced meat, grilled meat, poultry, cheeses.

The plots of A.O.C. Brouilly  are situated on the commune of Odenas at the foot of Mount Brouilly.

Wine iss a red colour and garnet reflection, black fruits, violet and spices aromas. Full-body mouth.
